HUMMINGBIRDS

Home of many hummingbirds. We use approximately 75 pounds of sugar every summer to feed these amazing birds!

CHIPMUNKS

Home of the friendliest Chipmunks in Grand Marais. We have approximately 100 pounds of unsalted peants for guests to feed these little guys by hand!

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 1 day per cabin rental. 8 days or more is free cancelation

Rules & Regulations

1. No Refunds After Check In.

2. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm-and guest must leave by this time (1st offense asked to quiet down, 2nd offense ask to leave with no refund)

3. Registered guests are welcome to have visitors for a short period of time with limited use of amenities.

4. Maximum of 4 registered guests in Cabins 1, 3, & 4.

5. Maximum of 2 registered guests in Cabin 2.

6. No smoking in the cabins at any time-including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana- if smoked in a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

7. No illegal drug use on the premises at any time.

8. There will be a minimum of $25.00 for any unwashed dishes.

9. Check out time is at 10:00am. If not out by this time a $50.00 late fee per hour will be applied to the credit card on file.

10. Please put cigarettes in container provided in the yard.

11. Customers are responsible for all damages to cabin/property including damage caused by their visitors.

12. NO PETS ALLOWED!! if you sneak in one a $500.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

13. If rules are not followed management may ask you to leave without a refund.

14. Do not remove any items from the cabins or you will be responsible for cost of replacing them
